Anti-DYRK1A, mouse monoclonal, clone 7D10, recognizes the ~80-85 kDa DYRK1A in PC-12, 293, HeLa NE, Raw 264.7, & NIH3T3 cells. It is validated for use in ELISA and Western blotting.

A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids of 674-763 human DYRK1A, expressed as a GST fusion protein
